Mary Marshall is the founder and director of The Paranormal MD, a paranormal investigation group located in northwest Illinois. As a paranormal researcher and educator, Mary has over 12 years of experience in the paranormal investigation field and has been researching the paranormal for over 25 years.
As an educator, Mary helped develop one of the first Paranormal Studies Program in the country that is taught at an institution for higher education. She personally teaches three of the many courses now available within the program. It is her hope that sharing knowledge will result in the creation of better investigators and researchers and, in general, broaden people’s perspective and understanding of paranormal activity. Although her primary focus is on ghostly-type activity, starting at a young age, Mary has been drawn to and interested in psychic phenomenon and mediumship, as well as the many aspects of theoretical physics. In more recent years, other fields of science and technology have gained her attention as well. “Science and technology, and metaphysic and spirituality, are very connected; they complement one another. Many do not see the marriage that exists between them, however, I do. In the paranormal field there is a union, a collective consciousness, that exists between them.”
Mary Marshall, aka The Paranormal MD, produces her own internet radio show which she co-hosts with Greg DeGuire. Coincidentally, it is titled, The Paranormal MD – Out of the Ordinary Talk Radio. The show broadcasts at www.All1Broadcast.com every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm CST. Mary also continues to co-host The Mothership Connection every other Sunday, 8pm-12am, on WLIP 1050 AM Kenosha. She has been a featured guest on a WNTA Rockford radio show as well as a few other international stations.
Mary is in the process of rewriting a lost book she had written many years ago. It is a fictional story titled, Continuum. She is also working on another nonfiction book with the working title, Forever After. She hopes to have both books completed next year. She has also been featured in several newspapers for her work within the paranormal field. Although she used to work professionally doing print work or as an actress, in the past several years she has only taken on film or stage projects for fun due to her focus on paranormal education and research.
Mary has a very diverse educational and work background that aides her in current endeavors in the paranormal field. She enjoys speaking at public events and conferences, as it seems a natural expansion of teaching about the paranormal in the classroom. To learn more about Mary, or to find more information and answers to some common questions regarding ghostly activity, go to www.TheParanormalMD.com. Make sure to check out Mary’s blog, too, in which she addresses everything from shadow people to infrasound. If you would like to book The Paranormal MD for your next event, please contact Dan Guthrie owner/agent at www.HauntedEntertainments.com.
Jeffrey (Jeff) Has been in the paranormal field for 2 decades.
Lecturer, Humorist, vocalist.
He is a published author and is currently working on 2 books. One about the "Hat Man" phenomenon, and the other an autobiography with a well known co-author. He's also assisting in the writing of two movie scripts, adding both paranormal information and humor.
A well known speaker and researcher, Jeff has done numerous media interviews and has both produced and been on air personality for different radio shows.
The research and personal experiences began as a child, as his Mother was a common resource for people having these "troubles". This sort of thing was basically taboo when I began in the field, as people feared ridicule even more than ghosts. For this reason I like and appreciate "Para-Media", as it has brought this field more mainstream.
I'm a researcher, belonging to medical groups and with outstanding resources at my disposal. My goal is not to prove there is a ghost, but to find out what the problem is and in doing so, solve it. Whether it's medical, environmental or spiritual.
My experience and research have moved me to an enviable position in the field, both as a member of Taps Family (GRIP Paranormal - Pennsylvania) and as a member of Taps itself. My duties as Taps Family Co-Manager include conflict resolution, approval and discipline of groups or individuals, case management for nearly 140 teams, resource management and actual investigation.
My fields of expertise are as a field technician for a sound and electronics company, as a manager and as a 30 year veteran of the entertainment field. Singing and entertaining onstage, and as a radio producer and onair personality, with experience in lecturing and teaching paranormal investigation. I've done voiceover and emcee work as well.
The resources I have available are:
1. Volunteer investigators in locations worldwide.
2. Access and information about homes, castles, hospitals, prisons and other allegedly haunted locations.
3. Inside information on the aforementioned locations from investigators I know and trust.
4. Access to locations not generally accessible by usual groups or investigators.
I'm brutally honest with clients, though diplomatic in my approach. If there is no haunting I present information, evidence and medical research backing my findings. If it appears there is, I have resources and experience available to address the situation.
I have beem very fortunate in this field, and have been blessed with good friends, good clients and great reseouces available, whether it be sound engineers, psychologists, researchers or even demonologists.
I'm a skeptical believer and my experience has been with the both positive and the negative sides of the paranormal.
I sing mainly Big Band and Jazz but have done lead and bass guitar, and lead vocal in all sorts of genres.
5 Years on the road in Top 40 and 5 years as a country performer.
17 years with an oldies and Doo Wop band, with 37 years onstage.
My lectures and presentations are a mixture of humor and solid information coupled with the experiences of both myself and my friends in the field.
I begin with why we, as paranormal investigators are a different ilk, and fear like everyone else, but we fear differently.
For instance, I'm unnaturally unafraid of the paranormal but I'm terrified of snakes, and I have a very humorous outline as to why this is.
My other lectures and presentations cover both my work with Taps and Taps Family, and my work in paranormal unity.
Krystal Depew is a wife and mother who grew up in the small town of Marquette Heights just outside Peoria, IL. Krystal worked in administration of a large local hospital with over 18 years’ experience in both the administrative and supervisory fields. She has always been interested in the paranormal since a young age. Her childhood home is haunted by a ghost named Jacob Eller. He is quite friendly and still to this day communicates with the family regularly. He is a part of her family.
She and a group of other interested individuals opened a paranormal business which has blossomed to Illinois Ghost Seekers Society. She later quit her high profile job to focus on the organization. The organization is like no other. Illinois Ghost Seekers focuses on their clients and not on high profile buildings and haunts. Although she does schedule these locations from time to time for fun their schedule is packed and consistently focuses on helping the general public. They are often booked for local cases. In her opinion that is what the paranormal community should be about; helping clients. Illinois Ghost Seekers Society is a registered not-for-profit business not a team of enthusiasts. They are the largest team in Central Illinois with the largest array of specialties and equipment in the state in order to meet our client’s needs.
Of course, she is a lead paranormal investigator but, Krystal specializes on growing your business, professionalism, and how to market and get yourself out there. These things are essential so that you can increase your caseload and become visible in the public’s eye. How can you do paranormal investigation if you do not have any cases? You can only investigate cemeteries for so long without getting bored. Krystal can help you get your team, business, or organization off the ground. She provides administrative tips, customer service tips and guidelines, professionalism training for your staff, and helps you learn how to keep your team engaged. She has worked big business dealing with event planning, reporting, forms development, database tracking, and data collection. She also specializes in marketing, social networking, professionalism, and other basic business operations. Need help with a presentation? She can help you with your body language. Krystal has managed many departments and large groups of staff members in her past with this experience she has made Illinois Ghost Seekers what they are today. These things too are key components to succeed in such a field. Education on the paranormal is necessary but so is education on how to run a business.
Ashley Troub of California was born into a life of traveling. At a young age, she moved from location to location where she would find a passion for the paranormal.
From the start, she knew two things would happen in her life: She'd become a makeup artist, and she'd become a paranormal investigator. Luckily for her, she successfully ventured into both in her teens.
Her first break into the paranormal world was in Ventura, California. There, her best friend introduced her to a local team that skyrocketed her passion and love for the world of investigating. She spent the next few years working closely with the team while learning and traveling around the southern california area, looking for new places to explore and learn from.
During the day when she wasn't hunting ghosts and running around in the dark, Ashley would serve coffee and do makeup for film and print.
In 2012, Ashley was offered a position to join the TAPS team on Ghost Hunters as an investigator in training. She traveled with the team absorbing any and all information that she could.
Ashley now spends most of her time working with the TAPS West Coast team to train and continue her education in the field, as well as spending her days on makeup when she can.
Kale and Joe open with a quick bio on themselves. Where they come from, reasons for doing what they do and what they hope to accomplish by doing so. They then speak briefly on some of the more common beliefs surrounding the paranormal and how they personally perceive that data and evidence that is being put fourth in the field. They give a brief description about how evidence is commonly collected in the field and provide an alternative way of verifying such evidence.
Kale comes from a very strong engineering background. He designs, builds and tests products for several different companies around the world. Kale works for one of the leading global providers of engineered process solutions for the semiconductor, life sciences, medical, opto-electronic, defense, automotive and industrial markets. Kale believes that in the paranormal field, having several different people from diverse backgrounds such as his own with different skill sets, working together to achieve a common goal is exactly what is needed. Kale thinks of himself as an, "out of the box" thinker. His personal philosophy is, "One who approaches a problem with a closed
mind and eyes will never find or see the solution.Everyone looks at something from a different prospective." Kale has appeared on Ghost Adventures and broadcasts a very popular weekly radio show with his partner and friend Joe Couto called "The Skeptical Edge." Kale is also in the process of filming a DVD series with Joe based upon reportedly haunted locations throughout the U.S. Kale speaks in public several times a year and lectures on alternative ways to approaching paranormal investigating and reviewing evidence. With several years of experience in the paranormal field as both Lead Investigator and Technical Manager, Kale has investigated everything from countless
personal residences to businesses, bars, hotels, hospitals, ghost
towns and even active military installation's, police and government facilities. Kale also does voice-overs, produces radio commercials and makes custon intros. Kale is the program and promotional director for Ztalk Radio and is also part owner of the network.
Joe describes his skepticism and why it is that he looks at things in the manner in which he does. Most commonly, a skeptical point of view and some of the common statements or comments that are put out in order to debunk people's findings.
We are a group of professional paranormal investigators who have come together to form a first-class team. We go to the most haunted places in Southern California and uncover the secrets behind the stories and the sites. We each bring a unique perspective to our work, but we agree on the basics: we work primarily with hard data, we check each other’s audio, photos, video and ITC communications and we don’t post findings here unless we have vetted the evidence first. We use the latest and best technology, but we are not primarily interested in gadgets. We are seeking the truth behind paranormal activity and the answers to age-old questions: what happens to the spirit or the soul after death?
My name is Marsha Covert-Garcia. I am married and I have 4 amazing children. I have been interested in the paranormal ever since childhood. I can remember being in grade school and reading books on haunted houses and spirit activity. However, it wasn’t until I started experiencing paranormal activity at my own home that gave me that ultimate drive to really find the answers I knew I always wanted. I am an investigator in training with 3AM Paranormal, which has been such an amazing experience. I love to investigate “haunted” locations, I would say that my heart is in it for any “child spirits.” I don’t know if it’s because I am a mom, or if it’s because it is my true purpose of being a Ghost Hunter, but I will say that I definitely feel drawn to places that have “child spirits.” I do take a scientific approach while investigating, however my mind is open to all possibilities. I am so excited to be on this adventure and passionate quest to find and share evidence with the whole human race that Paranormal Activity does exist.
Erin has a rich history with the paranormal. She grew up in a haunted house, and her mother still shares her home with a spirit. Erin has worked with several investigative teams in the Orange County and LA County areas as a case manager, investigator and sensitive.
Erin has been involved in paranormal research for several years, and when she is not investigating active sites, she is tap dancing, doing musicals around the Southern California area, raising her adorable 6 year old son Erik and her new daughter Rylee and working at home with her loan processing business. She is multi-talented and has a great sense of humor, bringing a lightness and joy to paranormal investigations that is sorely needed!
Kirsten A. Thorne, Ph.D.
Kirsten received her Ph.D. in Spanish literature and culture from Yale University. Since then, she has worked as a professor at Lawrence University, Loyola Marymount University, and currently, Pierce College. Her primary goal and mission is her students’ success. Kirsten has always been fascinated by the supernatural and its connection to Hispanic/Latino culture. She is bilingual Spanish/English, and lived for many years in Spain, where she experimented with Catholicism but did not find the answers to her questions about the human spirit and soul, and what happens to us after death.
Numerous personal experiences with supposedly “deceased” relatives led her to believe that there was something happening that deserved to be explored. She tried faith and multiple religious paths, but never felt at home in any particular spiritual practice. A few years ago, she took the leap and joined the Southern California Society for Paranormal Research, and later co-founded the Los Angeles Paranormal Association. Kirsten is one of the original founders of the Paranormal Housewives, a team that believes in the power of women to form a unique and powerful bond with the spirits in the afterlife, and paranormal phenomena in general. She founded soulbank.org, a website dedicated to exploring the research behind survival of consciousness and personal stories of the paranormal. One of her passions is uniting the paranormal community, so we can pool our resources and make the strongest case possible for the reality of survival.
Kirsten has appeared as a Linda Vista hostess and tour guide for Japan’s most popular variety show; was interviewed for the “Linda Vista” episode of Ghost Adventures; recounted her best paranormal experiences for Ghost Stories and has appeared, along with the other ladies, on local news (K-Cal 9) and in several newspaper articles including the Los Angeles Times.
Kirsten lives in the Santa Monica mountains with her husband (lawyer and videographer/photographer for investigations) Ty, her darling Mosca, two strange cats and a crazy green-cheeked conure. You can contact Kirsten at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Paranormal Housewives’ newest addition is investigator Jennifer Storey. Jen teaches Jazz and Broadway dance to kids and teens and is herself a veteran performer around L.A. & Orange County theaters. At home, she plays the important role of “mom” to a very energetic 8 yr old daughter.
Jen has always had an interest in the paranormal. As a child she loved hearing ghost stories from friends and as a young adult, had her first real experience. While vacation with family in France, she experienced a night in a hotel room where she heard voices, furniture being moved, constant footsteps and finally something invisible climbing up her body. This was enough to scare her….and intrigue her! She was hooked!

James Annitto is a studying demonologist, ordained minister, and co-host of Paranormally Twisted on GTN, who has worked alongside many other specialists in this field. James is also a paranormal investigator/researcher/ Co-Lead with Nightbreed Paranormal. He has been in the paranormal field since the early age of 15, investigating graveyards and legendary surrounding in the New England area such as Mercy Brown, Ladd School, USS Salem, and Slater Mill
His knowledge of the paranormal came from reading many books by in his early years. Watching Unsolved Mysteries, Scariest Places on Earth and then, eventually, Ghost Hunters increased his interest and knowledge of the field. His first ever experience came when his aunt showing him a ghostly figure peeking out of a window during one of their vacations. With this experience James came to love the paranormal and knew that he wanted to be a part of this field when he got older. Being a teenager of 15, it was difficult for him to become part of a research group let alone start his own, so he travelled to graveyards with his digital camera and a flashlight until he was able to form his own group’s years later called Ghost Hunters of Supernatural Truth (G.H.O.S.T.).
G.H.O.S.T. consisted of Andre Correia formerly of R.I.P.S who appeared on “The Haunted” episode “Demon Attack,” and other members from different areas of the paranormal field with experience levels of none to a few years. James gained a lot of experience running the team and calling clients/business/homeowners.
After being in the field for the last 7 years, James has gained a great deal of experience from working with many well respected members of the paranormal field. He has appeared on many radio and local television shows, including a small appearance in “Finding Bigfoot,” season 2, episode 2. James has also given scores of lectures at libraries and expos. To find out future events that James will be attending/speaking at, please visit his events page on www.jamesannitto.com.
James began a new level of his paranormal life when he began his studies in demonology and the ministry. Dedicating himself to helping others in the field and those who are in need of a cleansing or blessing, he travels anywhere he is needed free of charge. Even though he has close to 400 cases under his belt, he never makes himself to appear as if he is better than his peers in the field or unavailable to someone who requires his assistance. If for some reason he is unable to help, he always passes the case along to another in the field with equal or more experience than himself.
James is currently writing a book on demonic orientation with Patti Unvericht, the author of “Ghosts and Hauntings of the Finger Lakes.” Their book is called “Demonic Dominion: Eternal Battle with Evil” and is expected to be released sometime in early 2013.

Psychic Medium and Founder of The Other Side Paranormal Research Society
I have been seeing and communicating with spirits since I was 2 years old. I have a unique gift in that I can open and close portals so I was always sought out by the good and the evil. My fear of the dark ones kept me from using my abilities for a long time. In 2006 I founded The Other Side Paranormal Research Society and started using my gift to help those having problems with the paranormal. The more I used my abilities, the more they blossomed. I now help with all types of hauntings and I also do readings. I can look at photos and pick up on the spirit activity, if there is any, and I often have visions…which are like movies playing in my head.. of how things were in the past in certain locations. People start telling me about haunted locations and I can see their houses and tell them what it looks like without ever being there. I can cross over lost spirits to the other side and I can send evil and negative ones back to where they came from to never return. I can change negative entities into positive once again and cross them over as well. I have not even begun to touch on my full potential and I want to reach out and help as many spirits and people as possible. It's such a reward when I can provide closure for those who need it and restore peace. I have been to many locations around the US and helped so many and I feel very blessed to be able to use my gift in so many ways. I have a real passion for the paranormal and I really love what I do. I also have an ability with water. I have made the rain come down harder and been able to stop it from raining. It also works with the waves in the ocean. Every investigation is an adventure and I never know what I will come up against so I have a saying..Always and Adventure! I am no priest or reverend, but I can banish the demonic and help with possession. It's part of the gift that God gave me and I am truly an angel sent to earth to help those who need it!

David Howard, a veteran of 13 years and over 1000 investigations, founded Cornerstone Paranormal and is also the
host of Cincinnati's 95.7 FM Inside The Paranormal Radio heard on Friday night at 8pm Eastern. Dave and his team
are one of the most forward looking investigators utilizing canines in their investigations. Not just bringin a dog
to sniff around and see if they bark, Cornerstone Paranormal is researching the use of biometric feedback on the
canines. What this does is measure their heartrate, respirations and body heat changes to indicate the dog is
truly having an experience that can be measurable. Since canines can't fake their reactions, it gives the human
investigators a true indication that something paranormal may be going on around them. Dave has lead this effort
for the past two years.
Chad Zumwalt has brought 19 years of experience to D.A.R.K Paranormal Research as Co-Founder and Lead Investigator. He deals primarily with the darker cases rather than famous locations such as on t.v. , choosing to help those in need as a priority over famous locations. This includes demonic cases as well as possessions. Chad has hosted as well as guest starred on many radio shows. He uses a controversial method of taunting because the cases he takes involve negative entities. Chad uses the most basic equipment possible allowing his amazing evidence to be more difficult to discredit.

Valentina Marie Lomborg
Born in Denmark and raised in Switzerland and Alaska, Valentina began her infatuation with the macabre, Bela Lugosi and monsters when she was 12.
At age 13, she attracted a Poltergeist, which made her realize something not of this world was going on!
At age 23, she suffered a Severe Traumatic Brain Injury from a fall unto concrete, leaving her nearly comatose and dying. The result of that left her with a new psychic gift: Being a SENSITIVE. Little did she know from that day forward she would be able to sense, see and talk to spirits.
A few years later, she was electrocuted, and the electricity stayed in her body for 3 hours, until accidentally touching a computer, made some of the electricity leave her body and shoot out her back leaving a scorched mark on her back!
That brought on MORE psychic abilities, making her harbour electric energy inside her body, and being a source for spirits and ghosts to use her to speak and manifest.
Valentina has investigated many top haunted locations, sometimes being called in on private cases in problematic homes.
She currently lives in Los Angeles with her son, and continues her loves for the Paranormal, setting out to prove that there is life AFTER death.
All Valentina's investigations are conducted with high standards of professionalism and integrity.
She is currently writing a Paranormal book based on all her investigations, and producing her own television series.
I grew up in Pennsylvania, and lived in Oregon for about a year and Ohio for five years and what I had at one time thought was just paranormal activity caused by the stress of being around my family never went away even after being thousands of miles from home. I have had experience with the paranormal since I was 4 and when I was about 5 or 6 I started to study anything I could about ghosts and the like. In May, 2011 after several months of dealing with a team leader who was only worried about being famous no matter the cost, I founded my own team Valley Ghost Hunting with 3 of my siblings. I currently write for Belle Spirit Magazine and Paranormal Underground two internet magazines. I host “Valley Ghost Hunting” and co-host “Paranormal Hotspot” with Jenny Gurney, both about the paranormal on ztalkradio.com. I also host and produce a show on that network called “Rant and Rave” where I talk about news articles each week. As well as, producing another show on the network about fishing, a first for the network. I have been working on writing a book about my family’s experiences with the paranormal that isn't going to be released to the public until I die. One of my current goals is to get into the local library to lecture about the paranormal.
I was born with gifts such as seeing entities, precognitive, empathy and being able to tells people past events and their intentions well. Due to bullying and abuse all my life I was diagnosed with PTSD,BPD and other disabilities that made working difficult. The paranormal was something researched in secret to help me cope.
As I joined started G.H.O.S.T. Research in Oct 2011 I knew I needed to focus on demonology and my gifts. I joined groups and networked locally and realized bullying was not just in high school but every were even in paranormal field I encountered a groups I was bullied and banned for speaking out against being bullying and expressing concerns and that was the catalyst of Paranormal Community Against Bullying. Our hope is to make an impact in school and other around the world to help stop bullying and help the victims of bullying.
Tony is a Co-Founder and Team Lead of the ZeroLux Paranormal Organization. His passion for sharing the ZeroLux Paranormal investigation team's experiences with the public is one of the driving forces behind the organization's successes, both past and present. Tony has had paranormal experiences as far back as he can remember, and he considers himself somewhat of a mild “sensitive”. But, he's also a natural "hard-core numbers” guy so he finds it’s not that hard to keep his ability on the back burner, secondary to the scientific process of ZeroLux data collection. He believes in the ability and contributions of the psychic investigator but as a secondary approach to obtaining evidence through a more scientific method. It’s Tony's opinion that the more concrete evidence the team collects (hard numbers and physical evidence) the more widely accepted and respected the evidence will be perceived by the standards of skeptics and peer investigation groups, alike.
As for what Tony does when he's not hunting ghosts; He's a Software Design Engineer with 20+ years experience in the technology industry, currently responsible for International IT operations and software development for a company that sits at the head of its class. He's been designing software applications and systems since 1996 and has led development teams for companies such as Microsoft, Unum-Provident, and several start-up organizations. Tony has a passion for “the process” and rarely take his roles, responsibilities, or directives, lightly. He brings this focus and structure to the heart of the ZeroLux Paranormal organization both publicly, and behind the scenes.
Tony's other roles and responsibilities within ZeroLux Paranormal include case management, videography, website development, ZeroLux Paranormal media production (both internet radio and television production), public speaking, and much more.
If you would like to connect with Tony in the social networking arena he can be found on facebook as "Tony MaineGhostHunters" and on Twitter at "@MGH_Tony". And, as always, you can catch him on the next episode of WPME's "ZeroLux Paranormal", airing Saturday evenings in Maine at 11:59 pm and on the ZeroLux Paranormal YouTube channel 24/7, located at www.youtube.com/zeroluxpa
